This money will be given directly to the people instead of being used to supplement Obama care insurance the people will be able to choose their own cheaper insurance.
Here is the problem. These policies will not cover preexisting conditions which were guaranteed under Obama care. People who are strapped for money might the money they get for things like rent or to buy groceries.
